Si trova in una zona ben servita sia da metro che autobus. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima, l'unica critica che le posso fare è quella di non aver fatto pulire l'appartamento molto bene. |

| Kendra F | Our stay in the apartment was lovely. It was very clean and furnished well for 2 adults and child. The apartment faced the interior courtyard of the building and the nights were quiet. The apartment was centrally located and had all the amenities we needed. Less than 5 minutes away rue Montorgrueil had many places to eat. We were also able to easily walk to the Louvre and musee George Pompidou area within 20 minutes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Notre séjour dans l'appartement était charmant. C'était très propre et fourni bien pour 2 adultes et l'enfant. L'appartement a fait face à la cour intérieure du bâtiment et les nuits étaient calme. L'appartement a été de localisé façon centralisée et avait tous les équipements nous a eu besoin de. Moins que 5 minutes loin rue Montorgrueil avait beaucoup d'endroits pour manger. Nous étions aussi capables facilement de marcher au Louvre et le secteur de musee George Pompidou dans 20 minutes. |

| Melanie A | The apartment was very clean and as described. The street that the apartment is on is one of the nicest in Paris for bakeries flower shops and cafes. In terms of what could have been better described, the court yard isn't glamourous. However, Fanny was very welcoming with with information regarding the neighborhood. She was very fair and clear about the expectations of renting and I received my damgage deposit back in full without any problems. I would definitely suggest this apartment especially to a first time visitor to Paris. The location is fantastic!!!!It is close to the metro and shops, walking distance to the Louvre, and safe. I stayed for a while in this apartment and had a great stay! |

J'ai trouvé l'appartement bien équipé. La salle de bain est grande et l'appartement est bien distribué. Il est très bien situé, il y a une station de métro à 30 métres. J'avais à proximité toute sorte de commerces et cafés, car l'appartement se trouve à la fin de la rue Montorgueuil. Je conseille vivement cet appartement!! Yo alquilé un apartamento en 37 rue des Petits Carreaux. Trabajo en la Embajada de Francia en Venezuela y tuve que ir a Paris para hacer un curso. El apartamento está muy bien equipado. El baño es grande y el apartemento está bien distribuido. Está muy bien ubicado, ya que la estación de metro se encuentra a 30 metros. Cercano al apartemonto hay todo tipo de comercios y cafés, puesto que el apartamento se encuentra al final de la calle Montorgueuil. Recomiendo ampliamente este apartamento. |
